Lease Terms…which one should you choose?
Custom Corporates, Inc. has a variety of locations available depending on the lease term and area of town requested.

Month-to-month
Month-to-month rentals are limited to a certain number of units that remain set up and rented out on a first come, first serve basis. These locations may be reserved thirty days in advance for Clear Lake, Kingwood, Medical Center and Westchase. The 30 day rates are generally less than a hotel stay, offer a lot more than a hotel and do not incur hotel tax.

Three months
Three month leases are available in select locations around town and are restricted to certain apartment communities that will allow a three month lease. Even though there is a premium added to the rent for a lease term less than six months, most customers choose this lease term because there are more choices available than offered for the month-to-month lease. The three month lease allows the customer the flexibility of extending longer without being committed to a six month lease.

Six months
Six month leases may be obtained in any area of town. The customer may make an appointment with Custom Corporates to view these communities and select the apartment which will be set up for them. This option provides the greatest flexibility and the best rate since there is no premium added. The customer may customize their package and choose their favorite furniture style. Furthermore, the price is guaranteed for six months and the rate will not increase.
