Terri Woods began her real estate career in 1986 when she moved from Clinton, Iowa to Houston. Proving her ability as an on-site leasing agent for JMB Properties Company, she quickly moved up to property manager and then to assistant marketing director. As JMB rapidly became one of the largest property management companies in the nation, Terri traveled throughout the southeast region assisting property managers with their marketing strategy.

Terri then accepted an offer from Centeq Apartment Connection, Inc. in 1991 to step into a new position as regional sales manager. She got her real estate license and went to work managing six different offices and over 50 agents. Terri hired and trained agents and with her previous marketing background successfully assisted with the advertising. This experience increased Terri's knowledge of apartment locating and the apartment communities in the Houston area.

When the owner of Apartment Connection sold the company and started Corporate Living Relocation Services, she recruited Terri in the fall of 1994 to join their sales team. Here she gained a vast knowledge in the fast-growing corporate housing industry and developed a friendship and working relationship with Debbie Richardson. While working at Corporate Living, Terri successfully organized and supervised a 300-person group move for the SeaLand Corporation from New Jersey to North Carolina.

In January 1998, she and Debbie formed their own corporate housing company in order to better serve the needs of their customers. Terri is a shareholder, President and working partner in the capacity of Director of Sales and Marketing for Custom Corporates, Inc.
